To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If more than 14 days have elapsed since delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Products/Order:
If you receive a damaged order, broken bottles, incorrect flavors, or any other issues, please take a picture of the products and email them to info@goodvibzinc.com with a brief description of the problem. Our team will assist you in resolving any issues.
Refunds: To request a refund, please contact our customer service department and discuss the issue with the product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within a certain amount of time.
Late or missing refunds: Typically, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days. If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items: Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
